3.1.1 Adventures4Christ and/or its authorised technology agents automatically collect information about Your visit to the Website. This information is used to make Your visit to the Website more efficient, and analysis thereof facilitates improvements made to Your experience of the Website.

3.1.7 You agree to indemnify and hold Adventures4Christ, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, damages, actions and liabilities including without limitation, your loss of profits, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of Adventures4Christ reliance on Your Personal Information in fulfilling an online order, should Your Personal Information contain any errors or inaccuracies.

3.2.1 In the event that You submit Personal Information, such information shall be handled in accordance with the laws pertaining to the handling of Personal Information in South Africa.

3.2.2 To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, Adventures4Christ has in place policies and procedures to protect the Personal Information Adventures4Christ collects about You such as storing Your Personal Information separately from Your credit card details.

3.2.3 Users acknowledge that records relating to the provision of Services and Personal Information may be required to be retained in terms of law, operational purposes and for evidential reasons by Adventures4Christ and Users expressly agree to such retention and necessary access to such records by authorised Adventures4Christ persons.

3.2.4 Your contact information and the contact information of third parties submitted by You may be used for communications such as marketing and distribution of newsletters with You and/or such third parties. This contact information includes without limitation, names, e-mail addresses and/or the name of the respective person's company.

3.2.5 If You choose to submit content for publication on the Website, which would include but is not limited to: feedback on articles, You agree for such information submitted to be published with Your name and other information You have provided to us.

3.2.6 You agree that your submission of your information indicates Your willingness for Your information to be used as discussed above.

3.3.1. Adventures4Christ may disclose personal information to comply with the law or with legal process;

4.2.1. You may effect payment of the amount(s) due, owing and payable via:

Credit Card Transactions: Adventures4Christ places reliance on the security protocols affected by its payment facility supplier, PayPal. Further information regarding the security protocols implemented by PayPal is available at https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/security-main-outside. You agree to indemnify Adventures4Christ, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, damages, actions and liabilities including without limitation, your loss of profits, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of any security breaches which are attributable to You, third parties or PayPal.

4.3.1. Adventures4Christ reserves the right to cancel Your transaction at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Adventures4Christ will refund you the amounts already paid by You, subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined in section 4.6 below. You agree to indemnify Adventures4Christ against any and/or all claims, damages, actions and liabilities including without limitation, your loss of profits, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of Adventures4Christ cancellation.

4.3.2. You are entitled to cancel Your transaction within the period of seven (7) days of the date of receipt of the goods.

4.4.1. Adventures4Christ undertakes to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the website accurately displays the correct pricing structures, amounts due and surcharges (which includes but is not limited to: delivery charges, VAT and Import Duties) payable.

4.4.2. Adventures4Christ undertakes to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the website accurately displays the product availability, and models and specifications of products offered for sale.

4.4.3. Notwithstanding 4.4.1 and 4.4.2 above (i) discrepancies in pricing published and invoiced may arise from without limitation, changes in suppliers pricing, fluctuating exchange rates; and (ii) discrepancies in product descriptions and availability may arise from without limitation, model changes and supplier's product availability.

4.4.4. It is Your responsibility to verify Your purchase prior to payment and in accordance, You agree that Adventures4Christ shall not be liable to You for any discrepancies in pricing and variation in product descriptions as contemplated in 4.4.3 above subject to 4.4.5 below:

4.4.5. Where a transaction is concluded by You in respect of a product that is not available, You or Adventures4Christ shall be entitled to cancel the transaction in accordance with 4.3. above and entitled to a refund in accordance with 4.6 below.

4.5.1. Adventures4Christ delivers mainly in South Africa, however will also deliver to selected countries within the African continent.

4.5.2. Adventures4Christ will take all reasonable steps to ensure Your products are delivered to You as soon as possible. However, You must allow for seven (7) business days, from receipt of your Order Confirmation, for delivery to occur within the borders of South Africa and fourteen (14) business days, from receipt of your Order Confirmation, for delivery to occur in all other African countries.

4.5.3. You agree to indemnify Adventures4Christ against any and/or all claims, damages, actions and liabilities including without limitation, your loss of profits, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of late delivery that has occurred due to reasons that are beyond the control of Adventures4Christ.

4.6.1. Should an incident occur whereby you require and are entitled to a refund, the following procedure must be adhered to:

4.6.2. Refunds will not be granted on electronic version software packages. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You purchase the right application and version, as well as supply the correct licence registration information. In the event that the incorrect licence registration information is supplied You will be liable for surcharges pertaining to: a change request handling fee or a letter of destruction request to Adventures4Christ or Adventures4Christ's supplier.

4.7.1. You agree to inspect and ensure that all products received by You are not damaged and are in good working order on the date of receipt of the product.

4.7.2. In the event that You are supplied with a damaged and/or defective product You must notify Adventures4Christ within two (2) days of date of receipt of the product. Box 102271, Moreleta Plaza, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, 0167 On receipt of the product by Adventures4Christ, Adventures4Christ shall examine the product and provide You with confirmation as to whether the product is damaged or defective. In the case of the product being deemed damaged or defective:

4.8.1. All hardware products which you purchase from Adventures4Christ are serviced and supported exclusively by the product's manufacturer. The manufacturer's terms, conditions and warranties packaged with each respective product are legally binding on You. Adventures4Christ, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, damages, actions and liabilities including without limitation, your loss of profits, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of all and/or any disputes governed by the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

4.8.2. Unless otherwise specified, all software products which You purchase from Adventures4Christ do not have any form of warranty and/or guarantee from either the manufacturer or from Adventures4Christ.
